Water Sort: Color Puzzle Privacy Policy

This policy covers the TikTok mini game Water Sort: Color Puzzle (the "Game", a "Mini App"; its operator is "we", "us"), published on TikTok by Youpik Inc. TikTok's own privacy policy governs TikTok; this policy governs what the Mini Apps themselves do.

1. What we receive and keep

We keep the minimum needed to run a game and show you next to other players.

  • Account identifier. When you launch a Mini App, the host platform gives us a pseudonymous identifier for you (and, on some platforms, a developer-scoped identifier used to link the same player across our Mini Apps). We do not request your email address, phone number, legal name, contacts, or location permission.
  • Display name. If the platform provides a display name and avatar, we store the display name so it can be shown to other players; the avatar stays in your current session on your device and is not stored on our servers.
  • Play data. Scores, level progress, match records (including who you played with), in-app currency, items and rewards, and daily play counts.
  • Country. When you submit a score, we derive a country code from your IP address and show it as a flag on leaderboards. We keep only the country code with your account; IP addresses appear only in the operational server logs described below.
  • Ad rewards. When you claim a reward for watching an ad, we record the claim so the reward can be granted and repeated claims can be limited. The ad itself is shown and recorded by the host platform and its ad provider under their policies, not by us.
  • Operational logs. Standard server logs, including the IP address of each request, used only to run and secure the service.

2. On your device

A Mini App keeps settings (such as sound) and some local progress on your device; this is not sent to us. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

3. How we use it

  • to run the Mini App and save your progress
  • to show leaderboards and multiplayer games — your display name, country flag, and scores are visible to other players
  • to grant rewards and prevent cheating and abuse

We do not sell your data and do not use it to build advertising profiles.

4. Who else sees it

  • The host platform — for example when you share a result card or invite a friend through the platform.
  • Hosting providers that run our servers on our behalf (such as Amazon Web Services).
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while you use the Mini Apps. When you ask us (see Section 9), we delete your personal data; shared match records are anonymised rather than deleted, so the other player's record stays intact. Operational logs are kept separately for security and are not linked back to you for any other purpose.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International transfers

Your information may be processed or stored on servers outside your country or region (such as Amazon Web Services). We take reasonable steps so that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

8. Children

The Mini Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to show or delete the data we hold about you, subject to applicable law. To do so, or for any privacy question, contact pcminiapp@gmail.com. Please include the platform and Mini App you used so we can find your account.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
