Nuts and Bolts Terms of Service

These terms cover the TikTok mini game Nuts and Bolts (the "Game", a "Mini App"; its operator is "we", "us"), published on TikTok by Youpik Inc. By using a Mini App you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it. TikTok's own terms also apply to your use of TikTok.

1. Your account

You use a Mini App through your account on the host platform; we do not create a separate account. Your display name must not impersonate others or be offensive. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Fair play

You may not cheat, use automation, bots, emulators, or modified clients, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores, matches, rewards, or advertisements (including automated or repeated ad views). If you do, we may remove scores, withhold or reverse rewards, and restrict or terminate your access.

3. Virtual items and rewards

In-app currency, items, and rewards — including rewards earned by watching ads — are content of the Mini App concerned. They have no cash value, are not a payment instrument or stored value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded for money. We may change, rebalance, or remove them as part of operating the Mini Apps.

4. Advertising

Mini Apps may display advertising supplied by the host platform or third parties. We do not guarantee that any particular ad, or any ad at all, will be shown, and we are not responsible for the content of ads or for any dealings between you and an advertiser.

5. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any Mini App or feature, and may reset leaderboards, seasons, or progress, at any time. The Mini Apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual property

The Mini Apps and their content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your personal use under these terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of virtual items, progress, or scores. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are also not responsible for issues caused by changes, outages, or policy enforcement on the host platform.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Mini Apps at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if the host platform ends your account.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we are established, and disputes are subject to the courts there, unless the law of your country of residence gives you protections that cannot be waived.

10. Changes and contact
